Titan™ Electro-Sealer™ 300 Series
    Titan Electro-Sealers ensure consistent heat seals on polyethylene, anti-stat, aircraft, bubble laminate and other thermoplastic materials up to 30-mil total thickness. Electro-Sealers make air tight seals on almost any thermoplastic film through wrinkles, folds or gussets and the wide seal, is generally stronger than the bag itself. This series is available as a single 1/8" (3mm) wide bar sealer, as a single trim sealer, as a double 1/8" (3mm) bar sealer or as a double sealer with a bar seal and a trim seal. The double seal or seal and trim wires are 1/4" (6mm) apart. The jaw can be ordered as either 12" (30cm) wide or 18" (45cm) wide. The motorized unit drives the seal jaw using a foot-switch activation or can be set to repeat at 25 cycles per minute. The motorized jaw assembly produces consistent seals by assuring even pressure through the entire seal area.
